To identify this network, the Maharashtra Cyber agency utilized an advanced suite of technology-assisted monitoring tools. By leveraging open-source intelligence (OSINT), metadata examination, and sophisticated forensic behavioral analysis, investigators were able to map the scope of the digital campaign.
