He attended a conference organized by Yemen’s Houthi rebels, a group designated as a terrorist organization by the United States, where he reportedly met with Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree and delivered a speech condemning US airstrikes in Yemen. Furthermore, he attended the funeral of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah in Beirut, granting interviews to Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Manar TV and Iran’s Channel 3. The NCRI study also alleges Hinkle’s involvement in spreading Pakistani intelligence propaganda against India following a deadly terrorist attack in the contested region of Kashmir.
