A multi-party parliamentary delegation from India, led by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MP Supriya Sule, recently concluded a crucial visit to Egypt as part of a broader diplomatic effort to counter misinformation spread by Pakistan regarding the recent Pahalgam terror attack and India’s stance on cross-border terrorism. The delegation’s engagements in Egypt, following visits to Qatar, South Africa, and Ethiopia, served to solidify international partnerships and convey India’s unwavering commitment to combating terrorism. Indian Ambassador to Egypt, Suresh K Reddy, underscored the significance of the visit, emphasizing its role in disseminating accurate information and highlighting the unified voice of India’s democratic system.
Reddy stressed the importance of the delegation’s visit in countering the narrative propagated by Pakistan through various channels.
