Regarding the country’s reservoir capacity, he clarified that the Ministry of Environment and Water oversees 52 key dams, while overall responsibility is shared among several institutions. Current water levels are generally consistent with or even exceeding those of the previous year. Energy dams are nearing full capacity, at 80-90%, while irrigation reservoirs stand at a healthy 30-40%.
