The events featured prominent leaders from tech giants like X (formerly Twitter) and Meta, alongside renowned influencers and content creators, highlighting the collaborative spirit driving this dynamic sector.

The Ramadan events form a crucial part of Creators HQ’s comprehensive program of initiatives aimed at advancing the global content creation industry. The initiative’s recent engagements include a large-scale international gathering in Los Angeles, attracting over 200 creators, and an active presence at the prestigious South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas. These activities demonstrate Creators HQ’s commitment to connecting creators globally and facilitating cross-cultural exchange within the industry. The initiative is a direct result of the AED 150 million Content Creator Support Fund launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, underscoring the nation’s dedication to nurturing talent and innovation in the digital sphere.

Alia Alhammadi, Vice Chairperson of the UAE Government Media Office and CEO of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, emphasized the pivotal role of Creators HQ in establishing the UAE as a global hub for content creation. She described the facility as a global incubator, empowering creators with the skills and expertise to produce impactful and meaningful content. The Ramadan discussions held at Creators HQ serve to further solidify the UAE’s commitment to this vision.

The Ramadan events encompassed a diverse range of topics and collaborations. The X Ramadan Creators’ Night featured key figures from the platform, including Antoine Caironi, Managing Director of X MENA, Joel Yazbeck, Senior Partnerships Manager, and Madeleine Skillen, Senior Marketing Manager. The discussions explored content strategies specifically tailored for X, including leveraging AI tools like Grok, utilizing monetization programs, and exploring opportunities with the X Originals program for exclusive content creation. This session provided valuable insights into optimizing content for the platform and maximizing audience engagement.

The Meta Suhoor Experience provided another significant platform for engagement, featuring a keynote address by Moon Baz, Meta’s Director of Global Partnerships in Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey (AMET). Baz highlighted Meta’s commitment to supporting content creators in the region and emphasized the Middle East’s rapid growth in the industry, second only to the US. The event also included a thought-provoking fireside chat titled "Creators for Purpose," featuring Joanna Jamil, Meta’s Strategic Partnerships Manager for MENA, and moderated by content creator Eisa Alhabib. This discussion explored the potential of digital content to drive positive change and highlighted the importance of creators aligning their work with meaningful causes.

A key outcome of the Meta Suhoor Experience was the joint announcement by Creators HQ and Meta of the selection of five content creators for the "Creators for Purpose" program. These creators – Saif Al Dhahab, Yusra Mardini, Karen Wazen, Farah Matalka, and Sarah Abdullah – were recognized for their impactful content focusing on community empowerment, humanitarian causes, and refugee advocacy. Their selection underlines the importance of leveraging digital platforms for social good and highlights the power of storytelling to raise awareness and inspire action on critical issues. The chosen creators have demonstrated a consistent commitment to these causes through their ongoing collaborations with regional and international initiatives.

Beyond the collaborations with major tech platforms, Creators HQ also hosted renowned content creator Ammar Kandil, storyteller and co-founder of the popular YouTube channel "Yes Theory." This engagement further diversified the range of perspectives and experiences offered to the attendees and fostered a spirit of innovation and creativity within the community. Furthermore, a Samsung workshop focused on AI-powered photography using the new Galaxy S25 series offered a practical exploration of cutting-edge technologies for content creation. Participants delved into capturing images of space using AI techniques, guided by Samsung experts who provided insights into leveraging AI analysis tools to enhance content quality, expand reach, and increase influence. Samsung also provided a dedicated space for capturing and displaying images on a Ramadan-themed photo wall, showcasing the exciting creative possibilities unlocked by AI tools for content creators.
