The Constitutional Tightrope: Navigating Disinformation in the Age of AI

The digital age, while democratizing information access, has also birthed a shadow: disinformation. Fueled by sophisticated technologies like generative AI and amplified through the sprawling networks of online platforms, disinformation poses a significant threat to democratic discourse and electoral integrity. From deepfakes mimicking political figures to micro-targeted propaganda campaigns, the 2024 elections loom large under this ominous cloud.
