Combating the Deluge of False Narratives: EU-Backed Initiative Empowers Nigerian Media to Tackle Misinformation and Disinformation

Dr. Akin Akingbulu, Executive Director of CEMESO, emphasized the meeting’s significance as part of a broader EU intervention aimed at strengthening democratic resilience in Nigeria. Mr. Timothy Bamidele, Programme Manager at CEMESO, outlined the six thematic areas covered by the EU intervention program.
